3. Credit Check Authorization

By submitting your application and verifying your contact information, you explicitly authorize AutoBanker, our dealer partners, and their affiliated lenders to obtain consumer credit reports from credit reporting agencies (e.g., Equifax, TransUnion) to evaluate your creditworthiness. You understand that this may result in inquiries appearing on your credit report.

4. No Guarantee of Approval or Terms

While we specialize in subprime financing and high approval rates, we do not guarantee that you will be approved for a loan. Final approval, interest rates, loan terms, and vehicle pricing are determined solely by the third-party lender and dealer. AutoBanker is not responsible for the final terms of any financing agreement you enter into.

5. Consent to Communication

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from AutoBanker and our partners, including phone calls, text messages (SMS), and emails regarding your application. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoBanker and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services, or your inability to secure financing or purchase a vehicle.
